Plate Halo for the first time

My coach calls me by my full name (something I’ve not heard for 2 decades), so today his plan goes like: Deadlift, squat, Dumbell shoulder press, Kettebell clean, Plate halo, TRX Row.

When you have a PT, you don’t care the numbers on those dumbells and kattlebell and what nots, I’m such a amateur I really don’t care 😂

So yeah I can’t remember exactly what was the weight of the plate i was using, 10kg or 12kg… It’s fairly easy and I have notice I have been able to stand straight without hunching these day. That’s after 3 months of strength training, training once a week.

Here’s how plate halo is done, except I change direction every time.
