Okay, it’s 1.9kg of total weight loss in 10 days, to be precise, and 1.2kg of it is pure fat.
Before I know anything about TR90, I thought losing weight is just… losing weight; after educated with TR90 concepts and lifestyle, I start to look at weight management scientifically.
Losing 2kg could be losing 2kg of water from from the body – how do you know?
Exactly one month ago I noticed the hubs grew a tummy the size I’ve never seen before, that day, I went groceries and reorg my refrigerator.
Early this month, the hubs went for a haircut and as he sat and looked at himself in the mirror he noticed something too, and he quietly took a measurement with my OMRON without telling me anything.
I remember that evening he told me he wants to cut down on food all of the sudden, little did he knew that time, I was already quietly replacing his food intake (about three lunches throughout the week, and bringing snacks to him before he feels hungry*) for awhile already, without him realizing it (he doesn’t care what he eats 😆), but with his realization, I went full blown replacing every lunches including weekends, and prepare healthy snacks such as eggs, fruits and etc for him.
Marinate chicken breasts with salt and McCormick Chicken Seasoning
Leave the marinated chicken in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours. Then wrap the chicken breasts with foiled paper.
I use Primada PCR-1200 Roaster, the settings I use is 150°C for 21 minutes. This setting produce juicy chicken breasts that never disappoint me!
I would sometimes serve the chicken breasts as is, but most of the time I would shred them into shredded chicken for sandwiches.
I would also make a bowl of cubed (or smashed) avocado with cubed tomato, stir in some fresh lemon juice so the avocado won’t be oxidised and turn dark so quickly.
I would also steam some good carbs vegetables such as sweet potatoes, pumpkins and sweet corns, and I steam cook the eggs too (for snacking). I use the same gadget I’ve shared in this post: How To Make Perfect Hard Boiled Eggs.
I also would have some vegetables handy such as green corals lettuce or baby spinach. Following is what I would assemble for the hubs for his lunch and he carried on with whatever he normally have for dinner, for dinner.

Now here’s 11 days report card – he’s NOT on TR90 although I am a certified TR90 consultant and this is TR90 progress tracking app, I’m just using the knowledge, the mechanism, and the tracking tool to help him.
I only have data since 1st of September because it was supposed to be a secret task 😆 I’m glad that his self realization kicked in too making all the food plan and tracking way easier.
11 days – 1.6% body fat loss, 1.9kg weight loss – and all these only achieved by cutting on processed food.
Thank you guys for all your likes and loves when I upload those boring chicken breasts salads posts 😆 I would have had less motivation to continue preparing them if you hadn’t 😂
* snacking BEFORE actually feeling hungry is VERY useful in weight management, the key is you gotta know roughly how long your meal could last you for, then just snack 30 minutes before you start feeling hungry.

Two days later…
Today the hubs and I spent the whole day together, and we talked about this 10 days progress. He asked, will that 1.9kg be water?

I said no darling did you see that 1.6% total body fat loss? Multiply that with your initial body weight that’s how much fat you’ve shedded.
That’s 1.2kg of fat. The remaining 0.7kg could be water (or your hair). 🤣🤣🤣
