In February 2017, when I finally done with my five consecutive years of breastfeeding journey, I concluded that I need to get back in shape and feel good again. I was determined to lose weight healthily, so I do a look up on the internet and it seems like all search results are leading to TR90 Weight Management System.
Flash back to two years ago, I suffered severe heart burn throughout the entire second pregnancy, the only way to sooth the pain was to keep eating something, I have put on a lot of weight (about 18kg) throughout my second pregnancy. I was very easy on myself because I have always been slim my entire life, I thought these baby fats will definitely vanishes as soon as I gave birth. Truth is I did get back in shape and went back to my normal body weight after I started to breastfeed again, I dropped 18kg and returned to my pre-pregnancy weight after 6 months.

How To Use TR90 System
On 26 June 2017, I begun my 90 days weight loss challenge! And because I’ve always been consuming Pharmanex Marine Omega and Probio-CC, I took them together with my TR90 supplements.
For the first 15 days of TR90, this is what I have for the morning:
- 1 sachet of JumpStart (mixed with 30ml of warm water)
- 1 sachets of LifePack (4 pills)
- 2 caps of CPlex
- 2 caps of CTP
- 2 softgells of Pharmanex Marine Omega
- 1 cap of Probio-PCC.
That’s A LOT to swallow, thank God I got used to it after 3 days.
With TR90, I have learned to “scan” my food intake – I learn to eating the right food with right portion, and follow the minimal exercise guideline three times weekly and here’s the progress:

We all knew muscles weighs heavier than fats, I wasn’t a mother just yet in year 2008, I’ve gave birth twice in the later 10 years, then done with TR90’s 90 days program 2 years ago.
